1st Step: Complete and submit an application

2nd Step: Forms

Liability and medical forms will be sent via email for digital completion and signature after the registration form is submitted. Forms will be sent to candidates who are 18+ years old or to the parent/guardian of students who are under 18 years of age.

3rd Step: Payments

Candidate fees are $150 plus paypal fee. A $50 deposit fee needs to accompany the candidate application. The balance is due one week prior to the weekend attending. You can pay your fees (deposit, full, or remainder) using the form below. It will open in a new page. If you pay in person at a meeting with cash or a check you avoid the Paypal fees. The Paypal fees are included in the form below. Choose which option you want to pay and put the Candidate name in the box provided below.

Candidate Fee: $150 (plus paypal fee).

A candidate must be between 15 and 20 years of age to attend.

If you have any medication (prescription or over-the-counter), it MUST be checked in upon arrival.

If you have a question about anything you might pack, check with your sponsor before bringing it. We want everyone to have a safe and fun weekend!
